Record Store Day #MUSIC events in #STL

The 5th annual Record Store Day happens April 21st of 2012. All of the events going on around town are in, so this post features exactly that.

Apop Records:

This year Apop takes it to the street in a multi-zoned all day jam!

Come to shop for exclusive RSD releases, local exclusives, special all day sales & give aways. Extended store hours have Apop open at 10 AM and closing at 9 PM.

Check out the courtyard, "beer garden" if you wanna get fancy. Thanks to Schlafly and New Belgium for their kind beverage provisions.

And, duh, you can't miss the all day live music and DJ sets because it will be IN THE GALL-DERNED STREET IN FRONT OF APOP! Oregon will be blocked off just for us jerks.

Come on out! It's free and ridic!

Euclid Records is going to be celebrating Record Store Day all weekend long, from Friday, Apr. 20 through Sunday, Apr. 22. Of course, they'll have a store wide spectacular sale, their ever-popular sidewalk bargains, food and drink for sale from our great neighbors, free beer (with valid ID) from Pabst Blue Ribbon, and tons of live music!

This year the festivities will take place on April 21st and Vintage Vinyl is celebrating ALL DAY LONG with special live performances, guest DJ sets, hundreds of indie retail exclusive releases, and cases upon cases of free Schlafly Beer and Monster Energy Drink. Iggy Pop, the official 2012 Record Store Day Ambassador, wants you to come to Vintage Vinyl and partake in all the goodies. Are you going to say no to IGGY POP?
